La Lonja is a popular area, in the center of Palma, filled with cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a small plaza near the church always crowded with tourists and locals. La Lonja is always full in the day as it is at night. For a fancy dinner you can choose Forn de Sant Joan or just opposite located KOA (the same owner). For a totally amazing experience you can head next door to the spectacular Acabo bar. Acabo was built in a 16th century and carry you to another world. It is decorated with aged furniture, marble statues and the mountains of fresh fruit and flower. Acabo is it only a cocktail bar, so it is a good place for the aperitive. You can sit inside or outside. Further along the La Lonja district, you will find a Jazz club incorporated on the seventh floor of the Hotel Saratoga. The club called Blue Jazz has live music from Thursday to Sunday and offers beautiful views of the bay of Palma.
