The lighthouse of Cala Figuera is located on the western coast of Mallorca, near the town of Son Ferrer. Lighthouse was built in 1860 on the rocky coastline with it’s small coves. In 1962 there was some reconstruction, the tower was rebuilt in 10 meters, the lighthouse was electrified, a radio beacon was installed. Nowadays, it is a very popular place for tourists – and birds.
