Cala Tuent beach is located on the northwest coast of Mallorca, near the popular Cala Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis. Cala Tuent is a quieter beach, with less tourists, but with a stunning views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, including its highest peak, Puig Major. Cala Tuent has a clear and clear water, and is located in a cove with beautiful mountain scenery, surrounded by pine forests. Cala Tuent is about 100 metre long.
Cala Tuent has no amenities, no restaurants or snack bars at the beach so you must bring your own food and drinks if you plan to stay longer. There are not any water sports for hire at Cala Tuent either, but it is just perfect for a calm swimming and snorkeling. Cala Tuent is less friendly to families with young children, because of the harder sand and the fact that there are no amenities on site. A closest restaurant is located a few hundred metres from the beach, you will find a local restaurant Es Vergeret which offers attractive views of the area and delicious local cuisine.
There can be strong currents outside of the marked areas, so the swimmers should be careful here. Cala Tuent is easy to reach by car or you can walk through the beautiful countryside from here to the Mirador de ses Barques. Cala Tuent is very popular between locals and perfect for tourists interested in having a quiet day at the beach.
