Cala Marcal beach is located on the eastern coast of Mallorca, one kilometere from Portocolom. It is very spacious beach and well protected from waves and wind. Cala Marcal beach is the largest beach in Portocolom and is quite crowded during the peak summer months. The beach is located inside a bay with rocks on both sides, white sand and clear water.
There are all facilities you may need such as sun lounges, parasols, showers and toilets. There are a lifeguard during a hight season. In the surroundings you will find shops, restaurants and bars on the beach promenade. There are one large beach bar direct on the beach as well. The beach has a small playground for the children. There is plenty of room for playing and ball games. Cala Marcal is a perfect beach for children. There water bike rental here at the beach and the snorkelling conditions along the rocks are perfect.
The access by car is easy from anywhere. You can park your car in the surroundings. Near the beach there is a supermarket where you can buy all you need for a day at the beach.
