Cala Figuera is a small cove of sand located on the southwest coast of Mallorca, near an abandoned military zone. It is only 19 meters long and 6 meters width. There are no amenities on the beach, so be prepared if planning to stay here a whole day. Beach is stony with no shade, so go well prepared. It is a good 30 minutes walk from the parking lot. You can hike along cliffs reaching abandoned military zone. It is dangerous, to go to the cove between the rocks, so do not bring children and wear good athletic shoes. There are lot of hikers in the area. To reach Cala Figuera is easy by car from the road leading to Portal Vells.
