Alcudia beach

Alcudia beach is situated in the north of Mallorca just a few kilometres from Port d’Alcudia and near the medieval town of Alcudia. Alcudia beach is a white sand beach and it is one of the island’s prestigious Blue Flag beaches. This nearly 3.5 km long beach has something for everyone.
Alcudia beach is family friendly and it is popular among locals and tourists. There are showers, toilets, changing stations, a special kids play area and a lot of water sports such as kayaks, paddle boats, SUP and much more. You can rent here lounge chairs and umbrellas as well. A lot of shops, restaurants, cafe’s, and accommodations, as well as a local tourist office are placed here near the beach. There is a boardwalk with shaded areas making it wheelchair accessibleand easier for disabled and older people. Alcudia beach has a lifeguard on duty as well.
In Alcudia beach water is very clean and generally calm, but occasionally waves can pick up from the north so it is important to keep an eye out for water conditions. Alcudia beach is not a party beach, though there are bars and restaurants open in the evening.
Alcudia beach is easily accessible by car following signs from the Port d’Alcudia. There is a large and free car park. In Alcudia beach there are a bus stop for tourist buses and public transportation connecting from the nearby towns.
