Begin your canyoning adventure with a morning pickup by air-conditioned minivan from your hotel in Mallorca, then travel with your guide to the Torrent de Pareis, widely considered among the most beautiful hiking spots in the Balearic Islands.
On arrival at the starting point, hop out of your minivan and set off along the winding trails. Scramble across rocky terrain, traverse high passes and watch as your guide points out the best spots from which to enjoy panoramic views over the mighty Torrent de Pareis canyon. Midway through your tour, break for lunch and enjoy the packed lunch (own expense) you’ve brought with you while you take in the views.
As you explore the canyon with your guide, gain insight into the native animal life, flora and fauna you find. Bird species such as the rock dove and the crag martin thrive, though the rarer black vulture is the king of the skies!
