MINDFULNESS HIKE with great views over the bays of the north of Mallorca

Come along to this mindfulness hike with some of the nicest views of Mallorca. Our hike will be about 6 km while we practise mindfulness along the way. Experience mindfulness outdoors in the beautiful nature of Mallorca. Calm your mind and emotions and simply relax. Take in the views and the tranquility. You will be able to enjoy the panoramic views over the bay of Alcudia as well as the bay of Pollensa. And in good weather we will also be able to see the island of Menorca in the distance. Being a certified mindfulness teacher I will offer you mindfulness experiments along the way. I am travelling back and forth to Mallorca since 5 years now and will also provide you with may insider tipps around the north of Mallorca.

How to get to the meeting-/ and starting point
We will meet and start our mindfulness hike in the small urbanization of Alcudia called “
BONAIRE”. It is best to come by car or take a taxi from Alcudia old town or Port de Alcudia. The meeting point is at the dead end of the road named “
CARRER DEL TORRENT DE LA VALL” close to No. 40-62.
Coming from Alcudia to Bonaire you will reach a crossing at the Bar/Restaurant “BODEGA DEL SOL”. Take a right here and follow the street. Take the second street on the left and follw it uphill until the end. Then you will reach the meeting point. (from
Bodega del Sol it should be 4 – 5 minutes by car / 1.6 km)
What we will do
At the meeting point we will first of all get to know each other. Then I will provide you with a short (10-15 Min) introduction about mindfulness before we start the hike. 
During the walk, I will offer you various mindfulness exercises for you to try out and which you can easily integrate into your everyday life lateron. With all our senses and an open heart, we set off. The perception is sharpened, for nature and for ourselves. We practice to be fully present in the HERE & NOW. We observe nature and our thoughts and emotions benevolently. We give ourselves a smile and feel comfortable in the relaxation.
On this hike we go on unpaved trails which leads us a uphill and later on descents. Again and again we will have great views of the sea, both in the Bay of Alcudia and the Bay of Pollenca. We see the Cap Formentor, the northernmost tip of Mallorca and in good weather we can even see the silhouette of the island of Menorca in the distance. Here and there a few wild goats may jump over our path.

• solid shoes, preferably hiking boots
• sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses,…)

• water/snacks
