You tour guide will greet you at your hotel or Palma Port and assist you into the classic Jaguar car. Once comfortably seated and with your complimentary mineral water and light refreshments at hand, you will commence your tour, travelling 30 minutes across the centre and flat lands of the island to the region of Binissalem.
Binissalem was the first region in Mallorca to became “Denominacion de Origen” (DO) in 1990. The DO is a prestigious classification which is awarded for Spanish wines and food products. Wine grapes have been grown in Mallorca since the Roman occupation in 121 BC.
Upon arrival at the bodega you will visit the winery and learn about the history of the estate, the various varieties of grape vines and the production of their Mallorcan wines. Here, in intimate surroundings sit back and relax whilst you taste a selection of the splendid Mallorcan wines complimented with tapas, made with locally sourced products from the region.
After a joyful visit, we wave good bye to the beautiful bodega for the relaxing and picturesque journey to Palma.
